About Me

Hello and welcome!

I am a licensed psychologist and have been meeting with clients in therapy for nearly a decade. I work at a university counseling center during the day and run a private practice in the evening. I am passionate about helping people break generational cycles of dysfunction, heal from trauma, and improve their relationships with their bodies. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment that welcomes and affirms all cultural backgrounds and identities. While you are the expert on your own life, I believe that one of my roles as a therapist is to help you lean into discomfort, vulnerability, and emotion.

I meet with adults over the age of 18 with a wide range of mental health concerns. My areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, race-related stress and trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, sports performance, and infertility, peripartum and postpartum mental health. I provide psychological evaluations and screenings for people seeking third-party assisted reproduction for egg/sperm/embryo donors, intended parents, and gestational carriers.

I offer appointments via telehealth or in my office located in Provo, Utah on the traditional lands of the Paiute, Goshute, and Shoshone tribes. I have a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Brigham University. I am licensed in Utah and 39 additional states under Psypact.

I am a Tongan woman and I was born and raised in Hawaii. My Pacific culture is an integral part of my professional and personal identity. When not meeting with clients, I enjoy strength training, reading, baking, and traveling to new places.
